Coesia is developing corporate welfare to improve the well-being of its people and their families, providing services and activities in line with their needs in the various countries. Our goal is to ensure a better quality of life and a healthy work-life balance, while supporting a stimulating, positive, professional environment. Coesia develops and implements common policies to protect health, safety and the environment in anything concerning the Group. Our daily commitment is to apply the highest safety level during working activities and when planning the working environment, in order to guarantee our employees' well-being.

MAST: a space for collaborators and the community

With the Isabella Seràgnoli Foundation, Coesia is a founding member of the MAST Foundation, a non-profit organization which co-ordinates the activities of the multi-functional center located in Bologna, next to Coesia headquarter.

The MAST Foundation promotes innovation-based projects and offers corporate welfare services to Coesia collaborators; working to make them available to the community through an exchange process between company and city, with no dividing lines between citizens, young people and collaborators. The intention is to promote the concept of a company living in the community, opening up the social boundaries that define where one ends and the other begins. Corporate collaborators contribute to projects, generating connections with the community and spreading knowledge outside the company itself, for ongoing progression and growth.
