Coesia's governance system is built on ethics and respect for the law and is based on a Code of Ethics, which describes the Group's commitments to its stakeholders, a Whistleblower Management Procedure, a Code of Ethics for Suppliers, and Anti-Corruption Guidelines. For Italian companies, there is also a Management and Control Organizational Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
